In the third quarter of 2025, business apps in the Middle East saw varied performance across key metrics. Here's a look at how the top five apps fared based on data from Sensor Tower.

LinkedIn: Network & Job Finder maintained a strong presence with a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $967K by the end of September. Downloads showed a positive trend, rising to about 61K in late August, while weekly active users experienced a slight decrease, ending the quarter at around 5M.

Zoom Workplace saw a steady climb in downloads, reaching 124K by the end of September. Revenue also grew, peaking at $64K in the same period. Active users increased significantly, closing the quarter at roughly 6.2M.

Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF showed consistent performance with revenue nearing $78K in late September. Downloads saw a boost, reaching 46K in early September, while active users rose to around 4.2M by the end of the quarter.

WhatsApp Business continued its dominance with downloads peaking at 267K in early August. Revenue increased steadily, ending the quarter at $67K, while active users remained robust at approximately 18.3M.

PDF Scanner App: TapScanner experienced a decline in downloads, dropping to 5.8K by late September. However, revenue remained stable, peaking at $26K in early September, with active users fluctuating around 40K.
